Prairie's Visit

Prairie visited for the week end to get reacquainted with me and the house and other dogs so that when she comes from her guardian home to have her pups it won't seem strange to her. This is more than a year in the future and she will come several times more before she has her first litter. She also had radiographs taken of her hips and her eyes checked to begin her health testing to see if she qualifies for the PGD breeding program. We are keeping our fingers crossed as she is a super nice dog!

She went to pay a visit to Rosy, her Mom, whom she resembles physically (except for color), and in body language. Prairie also has Rosy's beautiful eyes! Rosy's family really enjoyed her. They have known her since she was born.
